What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and selected regions in the United Kingdom. Please enter your location at checkout to confirm service availability

How long does delivery take?
  • UAE Orders: Delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • UK Orders: Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days.

  • Express options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in select areas (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Availability may vary based on product and stock.

What are the delivery charges?
  • Standard delivery:

    • UAE: Free for orders above AED 100

    • UK: Free for orders over £50

  • Express delivery: Fees apply and will be shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to check delivery status.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Our courier will contact you to reschedule delivery or leave the package in a secure location (if approved by you). You can also update delivery instructions through your tracking link.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect items), we will resolve it promptly.

What items are eligible for a refund or replacement?
  • UAE Orders: Delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • UK Orders: Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
  • To initiate a request:

    1. Email support@dubaifood.uk with your order number

    2. Attach clear photos of the affected item(s)

    3. Include a brief description of the issue

    Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day.

How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR

  • Issued as store credit for faster use (if preferred)

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if your order has not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel:

  • Call or email us within 30 minutes of placing your order

  • Cancellations after dispatch are not possible
