Due to the nature of perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect items), we will resolve it promptly.

Include a brief description of the issue
Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day.
Approved refunds will be:
Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR
Issued as store credit for faster use (if preferred)
